1. THE 100 FOUNDERS MEMBERSHIP
The 100 Founders Membership is a recurring monthly subscription service offered by Astute Gentlemen Barber & Cigar Lounge ("we," "us," "our") and is limited to one hundred (100) founding members. Membership entitles the holder to unlimited haircuts at our Dallas, Texas location, subject to the terms below.
2. BILLING & AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
Membership is billed monthly at the rate of $100.00 USD or $150.00 USD (depending on tier selected) plus applicable taxes. By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled. Founder pricing is locked for the lifetime of an active, uninterrupted membership.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
Membership requires a thirty (30) day written notice for cancellation. Cancellation requests received fewer than 30 days before the next billing cycle will result in one additional billing cycle. To cancel, email cancellations@astutegentlemen.com.
4. NON-TRANSFERABLE
Membership is personal to the named member and may not be sold, gifted, transferred, shared, or assigned. Suspected misuse may result in immediate termination without refund.
5. SERVICE USAGE
The 100 Founders Membership is designed for two (2) to four (4) visits per month. Excessive bookings, no-shows, or abuse of priority booking privileges may result in service restrictions. Appointments are recommended; walk-ins are welcome subject to availability.
6. CIGAR & LOUNGE PERKS (TIER 2)
The $150 tier includes four (4) house cigars per calendar month. Unused cigars do not roll over. Lounge perks (cigar discounts, drink specials, members-only events) are subject to change at our discretion.
7. REFUNDS
All membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Promotional first-cut and similar perks have no cash value.
8. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice to active members. Continued membership after notice constitutes acceptance.
